Thermo-Forming
Our in house Thermo-forming capabilities allow us to go from our in house CNC router table straight to the thermoforming machine. This allows us to proof our designs quickly and efficiently. We use a Bel-O-Vac thermo-forming machine with a working area of 63" x 63" with a depth of draw of 32"! This allows us to thermo-form very large parts using materials as thick as 3/8".
We mainly thermoform ABS, High Impact Styrene, PETG, Sintra and Kydex materials, depending on the application. We not only use this capability for our own projects but also do small production runs for other companies as well.
